1.For The Position-CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGERS (10 Nos.)
Eligibility-Graduates/ Post Graduates in any steam, MBA’s will be preferred.
Excellent command over English, both written & oral
Candidates with BPO/KPO experience will be preferred
Job Profile:
Day to day communication with client
Motivate team to achieve desired Quality & Production targets
Meet desired SLA’s
Flexible to work in Night shifts
Salary range - 22K to 30K
2.For the Position: PROCESS ANALYSTS/ EXECUTIVES (50 Nos.)
Eligibility-Graduates (BA/B.Sc/BBA/BCA/B.Com/MBA/Others)
Excellent English oral & written communication.
Well versed with computers and good typing speed.
Flexible to work in Night shifts.
Salary Range - 7K to 15K
