Desired Profile/Qualification :
• Expertise in PHP and programming in object oriented PHP
• Quick learner and adapts to new technologies easily
• Very good problem solving and analytical skills
• Experience in working with MySQL, can write queries and has knowledge about indexes and performance
• Exp or intensive knowledge in server-side development with PHP & MySQL
• Sound understanding of web applications and concepts like http protocol, sessions, forms, mime types etc.
• Exp or intensive knowledge in LAMP, Java Script, Ajax, CSS, XHTML, DHTML, XML, JSON, Web-Services, PHP, MySQL
• Exp or intensive knowledge in Javascript frameworks, JQuery, embeds/widgets & cross-site interaction
• At least 3 live projects experience a must.

Technical Skills :
• Good knowledge or experience in developing ecommerce websites a must. With Os commerce / Magento a plus.
• Strong knowledge of PHP with OOPs a must.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS a must.
• Strong knowledge of database design and query writing a must (MySQL).
• Experience in latest PHP technologies a must (ex: Zend).
• Experience in Ajax Frameworks like Jquery / mootools / ExtJS is a must.
• RIA / Web 2.0 development skills a must.
• Excellent Knowledge of Dreamweaver desirable
• Strong knowledge of database design and query writing a must (MySQL).
• Knowledge of infrastructure configuration a must (Linux, PHP, Apache, MySQL).
• Knowledge of Payment Gateway integration / Web services a plus.
