• No Full-Time MBA / MCA / BE / B.Tech / B.Ed / Regular PGDBM
• 2010/ 2011/ 2012 Pass outs (BA, B.Com, B.Sc)
• We will not consider (BCA, B.Sc IT & B.Sc Computer Science)
• As our joining is in the midst of November we will not be in a situation to consider 2013 pursuing candidates
• Should be a graduate
• Good Communication Skill
• Good in Analytical Thinking & Mathematics
• Should hold 50% and above aggregate in their graduation
Note: MBA / MCA / BE / B.Tech / B.Ed / Regular PGDBM Graduates are NOT Eligible.

Job Description :
• Freshers
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexible to work in 24X5 environments.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS-Office)
• Identifies process improvement opportunities
• Executes participant issue resolution and ensures proper documentation and follow-up takes place
• Executes manual processing with proper documentation and follow-up
• Manages inbound/outbound data quality checks
• Executes year-end processing
• Identifies potential production defects and submits via defect submission process
• Provides day to day client and third-party administrator contact for participant processing inquires
